How do I return an old part for a core charge refund? expand_more

To receive your core deposit refund, place the old part in the original box from your new part. Ensure all fluids are drained. Log in to your account, go to "Orders," and select "Return a Core" to print your free shipping label. Once we receive and inspect it, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Will this part fit my vehicle? expand_more

Use our "Select Your Vehicle" tool at the top of the page. Enter your Year, Make, Model, and Engine type. Once your vehicle is saved, we will only show parts that are guaranteed to fit. Look for the green "Fits Your Vehicle" checkmark on product pages.

How can I track my order? expand_more

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view real-time status updates by visiting the "Order Status" page and entering your order number and email address.

Do you offer international shipping? expand_more

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival.
